Our Team

Tony Watson, Chairman of the Board of Directors, retired from the U.S. Navy after nearly 31
years of service. Watson was the first African-American to achieve the rank of Rear Admiral.  A
graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, he commanded nuclear submarines at sea,
and was the recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year Award, Government in 1988.  Admiral
Watson was also recognized with the Roy Wilkins’ Meritorious Service Award from the NAACP
and the Order of Lincoln Award from the State of Illinois, the State’s highest honor.  Admiral
Watson is co-chairman of the Black Engineer of the Year Alumni Association and is CEO of
Alliance Leadership Group (ALG).  The ALG is a corporate diversity strategy business that
focuses on executive searches and placements and small business teaming ventures.  He is
deeply familiar with the government contracting process and has extensive experience in
working with officials in virtually all agencies.

Glenn B. Williams, President and COO, has served in this capacity for the past four years.  He
is responsible for the daily management of Millennium Technologies. Mr. Williams has more
than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.   During that time he has
successfully  managed numerous communications projects for government and commercial
organizations. As a result of this experience, Mr. Williams is adept at time-line management,
project planning, cost estimation, budget control, contract administration and project
management.

Leonade D. Jones, Comptroller, in addition to serving as Comptroller of Millennium
Technologies, Ms. Jones directs several mutual funds in the American Funds Group, whose
investments are managed by Capital Research and Management Company.  Ms. Jones is co-
founder and the former chief financial office of VentureThink LLC and Versura Inc., companies
that revolutionized higher education financing  via the Internet for colleges, universities, lenders,
and others in the $200 billion student loan market. Ms. Jones is a member of the California and
the District of Columbia Bars.
